The Business Management Toolkit (BMT) is part of the syllabus content that is expected to be integrated throughout the delivery of the two-year course. This Think-In goes through all 15 tools in the BMT with suggestions of how best to use these with students for both internal and external assessments.
Session 1 What is the Business Management Toolkit (BMT)? Quantitative vs Qualitative BM tools. BMT for SL and BMT for HL. Step by step approach to what each BM tool is and how to use these in the new BM course.
